Due to the nature of our products, all squishy items, slime, clicker toys and certain beauty items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

For eligible non final sale items, returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

We recommend contacting us within 48 hours of delivery for the fastest resolution.

Shipping Costs
